We’ve designed the lid of the Ritual Pro Palette to be a tight fit.. It will loosen up as you use the product but will still keep a good grip on the tray to keep it intact during usage.
Absolutely yes! – This is a key factor of our wells that we are proud of.. NO more spending hours trying to get the makeup out of the corners of your wells – ours are curved!! Making it super easy and quick to wipe out the product you have in there.. – now you can save those pointed cotton swabs for other things, you don’t need them for our palettes.. 🙂 – and no more needing to put them in the dishwasher either – Yeah!!
We’ve designed two ways to remove the inserts *(see video for visual). The first is by using your spatula or knife just below where the insert meets the case on the side, (you’ll notice a small slit where the two meet) and twist like a key.. the second method is to simply and gently twist the case like an ice cube tray and it will pop out the inserts. – easy!
Yes! you sure can! the plastic we use has a High Chemical Resistance, therefore you can definitely use alcohol based products. We have tested this, and let the alcohol sitting in the plastic overnight, and nothing has happened.. We’ve also used these for artist paints as well, as has other customers of ours.
No it will not.. Like the above question, our palettes have a High Chemical Resistance, so the makeup itself will not seep into and stain our palettes, (and sometimes causing others to get brittle and break) – and the chemicals of our plastic will not seep into the product you have put into them. Win Win!!!
Great question! It’s not advised to use direct heat, or put these in a microwave, you will damage the plastic. However, we have used the method of very low temp to melt lipsticks and poured them into the inserts with success, but you must be very careful of how hot you get the product (your makeup). Besides, from the feedback we’ve heard, and general thought, most makeup artists lately prefer to use the smush method instead, as to not risk harming the product itself (lipsticks etc.) with heat.
Ha Ha!! Actually no.. it’s a common misconception, but it’s actually really far from Russia.. It’s across the Adriatic Sea to the West of Italy.. and it’s Gorgeous!!
