Kit Ritual (Est 2023) is the result of 25 years at the highest echelons of beauty. My career has been defined by the exacting standards of the industry’s most prestigious names from the editorial sets of Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar and more to advertising campaigns for L’Oreal, Maybelline, and Olay, just to name a few.
My deep expertise in tool architecture began long before Kit Ritual. I have been trusted by brands like Urban Decay to create stunning visuals for their iconic palettes, and by Tweezerman to assist in developing professional brushes and other tools. Having also served as a featured global artist for Make Up For Ever and a televised expert for a few networks, I’ve spent my life navigating high-pressure environments where the “standard” tools simply weren’t enough.
I saw a critical need for professional-grade hardware that prioritized both aesthetic and functional freedom. I didn’t just want to reorganize; I wanted to redesign. Kit Ritual is my response: a patented, modular system built for artists who refuse to be limited by factory, and unchangeable packaging that doesn’t specifically suite your own needs as a professional makeup artist.

Michael and Viktorija have worked together for over 20 years in the Fashion/Beauty/Art world. Michael as a photographer / Director and Viktorija as a Makeup Artist and both as painters & artists. This project is their latest endeavor, and most intensive to date.
The Ritual Pro Palette, and future products, have been developed from the ground up. From brainstorming ideas, learning 3d design, prototyping, to full on product development and manufacturing, Michael has put in countless hours and is super proud of the work and products he and Viktorija are bringing to the makeup professionals of the world.
Together, they bridge the gap between fine art and industrial design. Their collaboration ensures that every Kit Ritual product isn’t just a container, but a precision-engineered tool designed to withstand the rigors of global travel and the scrutiny of high profile sets.
